Skalp360 Pro Online – Client Agreement

This agreement is entered into between Meghan Gabrielle Pty Ltd (“The Company”) and the above-named participant (“The Client”).
By enrolling in Skalp360 Pro Online, the Client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Privacy & Confidentiality
Meghan Gabrielle Pty Ltd is committed to providing all participants with a positive and professional learning experience.
By participating in the Skalp360 Pro Online program, the Client agrees to respect the privacy of the Company, its educators, and other participants.
Any personal, business, or client information shared within the program environment must remain confidential and may not be disclosed outside the program without written consent.
2. Copyright & Intellectual Property
All training materials, videos, documents, frameworks, systems, processes, and resources provided within Skalp360 Pro Online remain the intellectual property of Meghan Gabrielle Pty Ltd.
These materials are provided solely for the Client’s personal professional development.
The Client agrees not to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute or resell any program materials
- Record, share, or redistribute training content
- Use Skalp360 course materials to create competing training programs
- Replicate or teach the Skalp360 method without written permission
Any breach of intellectual property rights may result in removal from the program and possible legal action.
3. Confidential Information
The Client acknowledges that any proprietary information shared by Meghan Gabrielle Pty Ltd — including methods, systems, frameworks, pricing structures, supplier information, and internal processes — is confidential.
The Client agrees not to disclose, reproduce, or use this information outside the intended scope of the program.
4. Skalp360 Certification & Educator Rights
Completion of the Skalp360 Pro Online program certifies the Client as a Skalp360 Practitioner only.
This certification allows the Client to offer the Skalp360 method to clients within their own business or salon.
However, certification does not grant permission to teach, license, or distribute the Skalp360 method, systems, or educational materials.
Any participant wishing to become an official Skalp360 Educator must apply directly through Meghan Gabrielle Pty Ltd and complete the required educator training and licensing process.
Approval to become a Skalp360 Educator is granted solely at the discretion of Meghan Gabrielle Pty Ltd and may require additional training, mentorship, and licensing agreements.
No participant may advertise, promote, or deliver training based on the Skalp360 method without written approval from Meghan Gabrielle Pty Ltd.
Any unauthorised teaching, reproduction, or distribution of the Skalp360 method will be considered a breach of intellectual property rights.
5. Payment & Fee Schedule
Total Program Cost: _$4000
If the Client selects a payment plan, they agree to complete all scheduled payments.
Payment plans are offered as a convenience and represent a commitment to pay the full program fee.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the program and immediate access to intellectual property, all payments are non-refundable once access to the course portal has been granted.
If a payment plan has been selected, the Client remains responsible for completing all scheduled payments regardless of participation.
7. Late Payments
The Client is responsible for ensuring that payments are made on time.
If a payment becomes overdue, Meghan Gabrielle Pty Ltd reserves the right to suspend course access until the account is brought up to date.
If an account remains unpaid for more than 30 days, the Company reserves the right to refer the account to a debt recovery agency. Any recovery costs incurred will be the responsibility of the Client.
8. Cancellation
Once access to the Skalp360 Pro Online course portal has been granted, enrollment cannot be cancelled.
Meghan Gabrielle Pty Ltd reserves the right to remove any participant from the program if behaviour is deemed disruptive, unethical, or in violation of this agreement.
9. Program Inclusions
Enrollment in Skalp360 Pro Online includes access to:
- Full Skalp360 Pro Online training modules
- Case study learning through the Karen client journey
- Certification assessment requirements
- Consultation templates and client paperwork
- Business and pricing guidance
- Access to approved Skalp360 suppliers and products
- Access to Serenity scalp health products (distributed in Australia through Meghan Gabrielle Pty Ltd)
Entire Agreement
This document represents the entire agreement between the Client and Meghan Gabrielle Pty Ltd and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, or representations.
No modification to this agreement shall be valid unless agreed to in writing by both parties.
